America’s Seed Fund awards non-dilutive funding to startups and small businesses to develop technology and chart a path toward commercialization. How do innovators and founders learn about America's Seed Fund? Most often it's through their entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs) - the accelerators, incubators, investors, labs, and other programs that help them along their journey.
This site is designed to support the entire innovation ecosystem - the ESOs that support entrepreneurship, and the innovators (startups and small businesses) building technology that is critical for America's economic prosperity, global competitiveness, and national security.
America’s Seed Fund Road Tour is a national outreach effort to connect innovators and entrepreneurs to non-dilutive, technology funding opportunities provided through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, known as “America’s Seed Fund”.
The 2023 Midwest Road Tour stops July 17 - July 21, 2023:
Oklahoma City, OK - Wichita, KS - Kansas City, MO - Lincoln, NE - Des Moines, IA
America's Seed Fund Week, a free and virtual opportunity for small businesses to learn about non-dilutive funding available through America’s Seed Fund that awards $4 billion annually to small businesses for R&D, has wrapped for 2023!

The SBA Innovation Ecosystem Summit, hosted Dec 6 & 7, was curated to connect entrepreneur support organizations from around the country to learn from one another as we work together to build a thriving national ecosystem that promotes equitable access to capital and resources for innovators across the country.
We gathered together new and well-established ecosystem builders working with startups and small businesses, particularly those serving underrepresented communities, that are trying to build out and commercialize their technologies.
